Isère Attractivité approached Texto to oversee the creation of an easy-to-make recipe for Isère, based on popular products and reflecting the department's identity.

Carried out in collaboration with the department's chefs and students from Lycée Lesdiguières (Grenoble Hotel and Tourism School), this project is part of the approach to promoting local products and know-how undertaken by the department since 2013.
