The town of Annemasse is working on the transformation of the Perrier-Livron-Château Rouge district. It has chosen Crédit Mutuel Aménagement Foncier as the developer of the new ZAC Ecoquartier Château Rouge, which includes the construction of 330 housing units, new high-quality public spaces and economic activities and services.
